Privacy Policy

Last updated August 18, 2026 · MARKHUB, Inc. is the data controller

This describes what Drafti collects, why it is collected, and who else it reaches. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

  • Account — your name, email address, and profile picture, received from Google when you sign in. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Your work — the prompts and briefs you write, files you attach, the geometry and drawings generated from them, the renders, and the instructions you give along the way.
  • Settings — units, drawing standard, language, theme.
  • Operational records — how many tokens and images each generation used, how long it took, and whether it failed. We use this to understand what the service costs to run. It records amounts, not the content of your work.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Who else sees your work

Drafti cannot generate anything on its own. To produce a brief, geometry, or a render, the relevant part of your project is sent to a model provider:

  • Anthropic — briefs, parametric geometry, and edits. Receives your prompt, brief text, and any reference images you attach.
  • OpenAI — renders. Receives the 3D view captured from your model and the render instruction.
  • Google — sign-in, and renders when you choose the Gemini image model.

These providers process the content to return a result. Their own terms govern what they do with it, and we choose providers that do not train on API content by default. Beyond these, your work is not shared with anyone.

Publishing

Projects are private by default. Nothing you make is visible to other people unless you publish it. When you publish, the parts you select become publicly readable and may be indexed by search engines. Unpublishing removes it from Drafti; search engines may keep a cached copy for some time afterwards.

Where it lives, and for how long

Your projects and generated files are stored on our infrastructure and kept while your account is open. Deleting a project deletes its data, including its renders. Deleting your account deletes everything associated with it. Backups may hold copies for a short period after that.

Your choices

You can view, edit, export, and delete your work at any time from inside Drafti. If you want a copy of what we hold, or want your account and all of its data removed, write to us and we will do it.

Children

Drafti is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page.
